The Ashland Institute helps individuals, organizations and communities manifest their potential for wholeness. We view stuck patterns and transitions as opportunities for renewed alignment with purpose. Our work opens creative and timely gateways into the future by paying attention to current impasses and emerging possibility. The institute was created by a group of long-term friends, personally committed to their own growth and spiritual development, whose lives have been interwoven for decades. In 1998, a number of them moved to Ashland, Oregon, to fulfill a belief in both local community and a healthy web of global integrity. As many of the original board have retired and moved from Ashland, the Institute's work is carried on by a board of directors made up of a group of women from all over the globe. The institute's flagship program, Coming Into Your Own, has been presented in over 13 countries and has been translated into 7 different languages since it began in 1999. |
