This course provides a foundation in the five disciplines of organizational learning and is designed for cross-sector community engagement. Participants drawn from business, government, non-profit, education and healthcare learn and practice together. They generate lasting relationships that increase their capacity to address pressing community issues together and develop skills that help them see, understand and tackle common issues from a systemic perspective..
What aging meant to our parents and grandparents is no longer applicable. As we live longer, stay healthy and curious about the world we live in, where do we look for inspiration and fulfillment? When we come to the crossroads that indicates the shift from “doing to being”, we need space, time and our peers to explore the potential and mystery of a well of inner wisdom.
The ElderPresence retreat, with its questions, experiential components and relaxed dialogue offers a space where we can slow down and discover what lies beyond achieving. This retreat explores a maturing stance and a personal, changing vision of the role of Elders so needed in our world today.
The ElderPresence Invite available for download is for informational purposes only. For future retreat dates, please contact us.
